About Rhodes Farm
The Rhodes Family have been stewards of this property since 1946. They began raising Hereford beef cattle from this time until around 1986. Much of the land hasn't changed over the last half century. The land is covered by huge canopies of majestic oaks and stately pines. The river area remains the same as it was when they were quarrying rock for the Augusta Canal.
After a lifetime of memories on the land, it has been the dream of the Rhodes Family to develop a neighborhood that reflected the beauty of the land and the character of their community. This dream has been realized in the Rhodes Farm Development.
Nestled along a quiet stretch of Columbia County and situated in a pristine setting, Rhodes Farm is designed to offer residents an all embracing experience. The founders, who we consider the residents and the developers, will create a special place to live and one that all area residents can take great pride in for generations to come.
With these ideals in place and in conjunction with nationally renowned Looney Ricks Kiss Architects, the Rhodes Farm Master Plan unfolded.
Comprised of over 9 talented local builders, Rhodes Farm provides a historically tranquil, quiet, and spacious lifestyle.
