Jake has been building homes in the Augusta, Georgia area for 22 years. Over that time he has built close to a thousand homes and he prides himself on the amount of repeat business he receives and the referrals that continue to flow his way from satisfied homeowners. Jake has a civil engineering degree from Georgia Tech, and prior to starting in the home building industry was the Columbia County engineer. In 2003, his company, J.W. Ivey & Associates was named the Columbia County small business of the year by the Chamber of Commerce. He has been honored with builder of the year awards several times, most recently in 2002, and is the current president of the Metro Augusta Homebuilders Association. Jake builds each home with a foundation of professional pride and unparalleled quality.
