Vicki Blackburn Grant’s career in residential construction began in 1996 when she took over her parent’s business. Her mission is to uphold the integrity and standard of excellence established by her parents, Bruce and Virginia Blackburn, who have earned respect in the Augusta area from many years of serving our housing market.

Vicki is a member of the Builder’s Association of Metro Augusta where she has served as Secretary of the Board, and is a member of the Sales and Marketing Council. She received her B.A. degree from Augusta State University. She has been active on the University Hospital Healthcare Foundation Board, the Augusta Ballet, Child Enrichment Inc., and Augusta State University School of Business Advisory Board. Vicki is married to Louis Grant.

Her most prominent endorsement came when she built the award winning home in Builder’s Association of Metro Augusta’s 2001 Parade of Homes. She received awards for both exterior and interior design. In February 2002, she was named SMC’s Builder of the Year for the Metro Augusta area.

The most important benefits of her experience in home building are the insight and wisdom it has given her, particularly when it comes to understanding a customer’s needs.
